LuAnn Prillaman is the founder and owner of 217Realty Inc. Prior to incorporating in 2008, LuAnn worked with Larry Bielfeldt as both a Real Estate Sales Agent and Managing Broker of Bielfeldt Realty assisting in the sales and marketing of Conway Farm in Mahomet, Illinois. In 2007 she formed LuAnn Prillaman dba 217Realty. The vision of 217Realty Inc was to bring a fresh and open minded approach to servicing their customers clients in both the Residential and Commercial Market. LuAnn spent a majority of her adult life living in Phoenix, Arizona after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ferris State University. Originally from Michigan, she sought a better job market in Arizona working for such companies as Trammel Crow Company Commercial Division, Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Division and American Continental Corporation. Through these experiences, LuAnn learned what it took in challenging economic times to work with clients, customers and colleagues in the areas of sales, leasing and development. She had hands on involvement in the development, marketing and construction of The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale and One Renaissance Square in downtown Phoenix. She also oversaw other commercial projects with both Trammell Crow Company and Cushman and Wakefield. LuAnn’s main strengths are her customer service skills and project management. She secured employment with the largest employer in Scottsdale, Arizona where she quickly climbed the corporate ladder, managing a staff of 48 in one of the largest Federal Employee Health Groups at the time. While working and starting a family she obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Most recently branching out into the Champaign County real estate market where she has brought together a team of highly qualified real estate agents. Each agent has added value in a specialized area consisting of construction, development, property management, marketing and customer service. 217Realty Inc is a member of Champaign County Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Mahomet Chamber of Commerce.
